Arrival and Departure
Arrival and departure days are freely selectable as far as nothing else is noted. We look forward to welcome you anytime from 3.00 pm on your arrival day. Your departure is possible until 11.00 am. Earlier check-in and later departure times may be booked on short notice according to availability.
Rent Deposit
To confirm your booking we would ask you to make a deposit of 50% by bank transfer to guarantee your reservation. In case this deposit should not be received within the agreed period, the hotel shall have the room or suite at its disposal. But this not removes the signed reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Peak season
until 31 days before arrival: no fee
30 - 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
14 - 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
7 - 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
Mid season (Mid-April to mid-June and mid-September to late November)
until 15 days before arrival: no fee
14 - 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
0 - 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
Christmas / New Year / Carnivalweeks
During this periods special conditions shall apply.

Rates
The agreed rate shall include the respective legal value added tax and all taxes and fees. Agreed rates shall be subject to adjustment by the hotel based on changing fees.
We recommend taking cancellation costs insurance.
